- About Me: "It is in giving that you receive". I'm sure we have all heard this said and I believe this saying also applies to Love. When a couple both put the needs of their partner first, the truth of this saying will be experienced. I know that you need to feel loved and understood; I will meet that need. I will cherish you, respect you and be your friend, lover and companion. I will be faithful to you, kind, humble, polite and caring. I will show you affection, empathy and understanding. Even though I have been growing fruit, vegetables and herbs etc in my garden here in Greece for many of my 74 years, I can say that every time I taste some of its produce, I am filled with joy and excitement not only because of the delicious taste but also because of how wonderful it is to "receive" from the ground after my "giving" it some seeds. Yes, I enjoy my garden. I love to sit at my table under the oak trees enjoying a meal or a drink with family or friends or even sometimes just on my own when I spend time contemplating, reflecting, reading and receiving inspiration for my books that I write. I believe that with God's help and His love, you and I can live happily, peacefully and in the security that love and loyalty offer. After all, men and women are of the same honour - the man completes the woman and the woman completes the man and both are completed in Jesus Christ.
